2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a consultation and signed service agreement. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date, with the balance due on the day of service.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the service date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect beauty services. Clients should arrive with clean hair and face unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products when allergies were not disclosed during consultation.
